I purchased a pair of transition eyeglasses from America's Best. Total cost for one pair - $503.95. I walk a few miles every day and my glasses are exposed to perspiration. After a few months I noticed the frames around the lenses started to turn green. Then the hinges started to rust. I took them in for inspection and repair. I was told the hinge mechanisms had failed and there was nothing they could do for me. I said they are only a few months old. Sorry, we only have a 30 day warranty.

I visited ******************** America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses in *******************, last evening. I have never had a better eye exam experience. ************ was very calming, extremely informative, and very patient with my questions. Her explanations definitely provided me with all the answers I had to my questions, and even though I had many questions she never rushed me.In fact every single employee at America's Best left me feeling welcome and appreciated. I made an appointment with Americas Best ********************************************** When I got to my appointment I was kindly greeted as I walked thru the door, with smiles and It made me feel very comfortable. I was helped with my registration paperwork. I did not wait very long until I was seen by the Optician, for my complete eye exam. then I saw the Dr. just after that was over. They kept blaming my optometrist for a wrong prescription. They were very rude and accusatory towards me. They finally admitted they were wrong. I had to go back more than 4 times to have them adjust my glasses. I went last week to adjust them just because they were getting loose. The lady was so rude and she handed me the glasses with all her finger prints in them. I had to ask to clean them. Every time I go in, the staff is so rude. They are always in the defensive. Purchased contacts from ********* location after being told I had to switch brands due to being unable to get my current contacts. Had a eye exam they changed my prescription purchased 6 boxes of new contacts cannot see any small print called there and told them these are useless to me I was told to throw them out and buy new ones nothing they can do for me. $500.00 and thats what I was told. Throw them out and buy new ones!

They owe me paychecks. *******, ****** and **** in *************** like to give people the run around and hang up on them. No one in this company is working towards me being compensated for my time spent here for employment. I turned them into the ***************** Wage and Labor division.
