Dr. Kate ******* is the best person to see for an eye exam if you have eyesight disabilities and need extra time to make decisions when asked which is the better of two lens settings. Other people try to rush patients and tell them that the immediate first impression is what they need. This can result in incorrect prescriptions if there are other problems in the eyes. I was under the assumption I would be getting 2 pair of glasses for 79.99 well that is a gimmick just to get you in the store. I understand the additional cost for extra that i choose for my glasses but once you add anything to your glasses, They separate the glasses you choose and no longer get 2 pair for one money. It's a scam. Been waiting for 4 months on contacts I ordered. They have no sense of urgency.
False advertising (or at least intentionally misleading). Went in for $79.99 eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. Spent the extra $20 for glaucoma test. Found two of the cheapest frames (that said they were part of the promotion) and was told my total purchase would be $189 because without insurance they needed to charge me a "package plan" of $26 per lens. The **************** is HORRIBLE at the *************************************************************************. The ******************************** is one of the worst Managers I have EVER witnessed in ANY industry.!! I would not recommend that location for ANYONE to do business! She is a horrible representation of the company.! 4 thumbs down! The one thumb was actually an accident and couldnt delete it! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Horrible service, ciacis and glasses took 2 weeks but was told 7 - ***************************************************************** Also, I'm only wating for trial contacts and he said it'll take even longer for mt **** lenses WHAT. They need to be shutdown!!!!!
I can't see. They told me my eyes would adjust but my eyes have never been really bad and I can't imagine them adjusting this much. I have better vision with no glasses at all!
Rude employees. The receptionist told me her entire lifes problems. Very unprofessional behavior. I only needed a new eye glasses prescription. The receptionist did 2 hours worth of various eye tests on me, a complete waste of time because there was no eye doctor on site, and in order to do a virtual video eye exam I had to allow this incompetent man to blind me with this very bright light that he said I need to stare into it so the camera will connect to the doctor. ********* questioned his intelligence and refused his dema... read more
America's best especially ************** is the worst business in the world!!! Horrible customer service! I would never send anyone to them. I Was in there for 2 and a 1/2 hours just to get the eye exam.. They let someone else go in front of me and take my original appointment while I was setting there. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from them when I received the glasses neither one of them worked for me I couldn't see out of them.
