The staff was great was able to look up my insurance information without my card. Great service, the doctor was an a****** rude does not know how to speak to customers or staff he was rude to the lady that did the exams. Definitely inappropriate, he made it seemed like she was a problem. Get a new doctor the rest of the staff was great

Had an appointment in the beginning of February and they changed my contacts to ones specifically for astigmatisms so I thought that maybe my vision would be better and I was excited to try them out but they didn't have any in stock and had to be ordered so they said they would let me know when they came in. I finally got a call about 2 weeks ago that they were finally there. We are now in the middle of June so 4 months later I was finally able to try this new pair of contacts. I do not recommend them.I had to have my lenses remade their was a scratch on the lenses.So I waited 2 weeks for the new pair.I picked them up on 6-14-23,I noticed that the right lense is not lined straight its at angle:crooked.I just got them back today now I have to go back.***** the manager was rude to me.

******************************* at ************** location in *********, ** was great experience. I go there and get my contact lenses annually and with there 3 year exams for 89,.00 and I walk out with only paying ***** for my exam only. I recently got married and my husband loves that location also because it's not far from where I live. He got Exam and 2 new pairs of glasses and he loves them. I highly recommend this location!!

Worst experience ever!! I will not be back. Been going there for 4 years. They screwed up everyrhing from the very get go. Rude customer too.

********* Worst should be their name. I foolishly paid for a 3-year subscription service that included free eye exams. Every time I asked for a copy of my prescription, they denied it. First they lied and said it was with my papers. When I got home I saw I only had a receipt for the glasses and lenses. I called and they said they could not mail or email a prescription, I would have to go in person. My mom was so impressed with ************************** and the staff there, (cant remember names) so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough that I decided to go.I too, looking for someone closer was so pleasantly surprised that I told my husband and he will be going. Thank you

For the past 3 visits I've gotten the 2 pair with free eye exam deal. I always take a decent amount of time picking out the perfect 2 pairs of frames yet EVERY pair I get after the lenses are put in are NOT the same size frames I tried on in the store. EVERY prescription seems to give me a headache and make my eyes and sense of balance ***** whether it's the incorrect placement of center or just not the right prescription. Only reason I think I kept going back was because of cost...which isn't worth getting prescription glas... read more
