I had an awful experience. I would give them zero stars. I paid for what I thought was a Three year membership. I called for what I was thinking would be my second year which would be free since I paid for last year's visit. I call to make an appointment. This has honestly become such a trash company, no matter which location you go to. I used to go here religiously when I lived in ********** because if you dont have insurance, the prices are extremely reasonable. However, the quality of the service here in ******* versus ********** is night and day. *** had appointments canceled by them the same day because the doctor ***** going to be there as if thats some thing that they should not have known beforehand when I took off of work and things for this. They are false advertising about you get 2pair for $79 but when you get there they are $79for each pair. i bought 2 pair of glasses but when I got them they did not fit my face right so I had to buy another pair because the other were distorted because of the way they fit my face. I am out $462 dollar please do not shop with them

Well first of all this could have been a very dangerous. The optometrist wrote and gave me the wrong prescription. She was off an complete point. When i saw the numbers i was surprised but thought nothing of it I did get into my vehicle and drive with these glasses on and had to quit since you see anything when I returned to America's Best eyeglasses and I was treated very rudely I just don't think this is very safe and I think something should be done.

Paid ****** out of pocket for 2 pairs . One pair was a no line bifocal and the second was a pair of sunglasses. When I went to pick them up the glasses I received 2 pairs of glasses where are the sunglasses I ordered. The receptionist response was that her co worker messed up again. Offered to send them back out and have them polarized for an additional *****. The frames I choose for the sunglasses I would never wear as regular glasses. So Im stuck with a pair of glasses I hate. First off, changed the price when I got there. Lady wasnt clear over the phone. Then said I had to join the club because I received a contact and glasses exam in order to save money. Price with joining club 200 to get my glasses. Price without joining club was still 200 to get my glasses. Exam was supposed to be free on a special. After seeing the Dr, he puts me in contacts that I told him do not agree with my eyes or allergies. But they want me to try them again. So they force these contacts on me. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! I went in for glasses late December. When called to pick up, I noticed they had used the floor sample. Complained and was told they would call me back when issue had been resolved with the lab. Went back in a month later and nobody knew where my glasses were. Asked for a refund and they said yes and that I would get a check in the mail **** days. I got glasses and sunglasses less than a year ago. I had the scratch proof coating and the smug proof coating put on and the auto tint for the regular pair. These are so scratched and foggy I have to wear sunglasses at night because I can't see too good to drive with regular glasses. People are great but quality of product not too good in my experience. But when it comes to my eyes I shouldn't go cheap. My fault totally

******* at the ******* location is a gem! She made my experience the best I have ever had in the 40+ years of visiting the eye doctor. She was patient when picking my frame, and when I had problems with my lenses, she helped get it straightened out. It turned out that I couldn't wear a certain type of lens and she made sure the doctor and lab took care of me. Thanks ******* for your expertise, knowledge, patience, and caring. She is the best!!!
