I had terrible customer service they would not listen to me. They felt they already had the answers to my problem. Therefore, nothing got resolved. My prescription was out of whack and they would not make it right accusing me of waiting too long when I clearly went in during the warranty period and explained to one of their customer representatives that my eyesight was not right on one of my lenses. I ordered my contact lenses from them- the lenses are custom made. They said they are going to be ready in **** business days-and they were delayed. When I called to ask about the delay, they said the wait would be 4-6 weeks. I said it is only fair to get some of my out of pocket expenses back for the inconvenience, and the manager said she gave me a full refund- and cancelled my order! I was flabbergasted. Glasses were not usable. Refused to credit back for eye exam even though it was incorrect. Very rude at ******* ******* store. Basically we left with no glasses and an incorrect prescription and they kept our $59.00. Laughed at ** as we left. Beware this store. Manager ***** was very rude and condescending. Store Mgr ****** refused our refund even though exam was wrong. Contacted corporate. No help. We just lost our money.

I purchased a pair of transition eyeglasses from America's Best. Total cost for one pair - $503.95. I walk a few miles every day and my glasses are exposed to perspiration. After a few months I noticed the frames around the lenses started to turn green. Then the hinges started to rust. I took them in for inspection and repair. I was told the hinge mechanisms had failed and there was nothing they could do for me. I said they are only a few months old. Sorry, we only have a 30 day warranty.

I visited ******************** America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses in *******************, last evening. I have never had a better eye exam experience. ************ was very calming, extremely informative, and very patient with my questions. Her explanations definitely provided me with all the answers I had to my questions, and even though I had many questions she never rushed me.In fact every single employee at America's Best left me feeling welcome and appreciated. I made an appointment with Americas Best ********************************************** When I got to my appointment I was kindly greeted as I walked thru the door, with smiles and It made me feel very comfortable. I was helped with my registration paperwork. I did not wait very long until I was seen by the Optician, for my complete eye exam. then I saw the Dr. just after that was over.
