RecommendedBought a refurb 4k, had some issues with it freezing. I sent an email with my phone number asking for someone to call at their earliest convenience. Wasn’t 10 minutes and my phone rang, it was Faris with ATN. I explained to him what was going on and before we hung up he had a brand new 4k on the way and sent a prepaid shipping label to send my scope back. New scope arrived and works flawlessly!! Awesome scope and great customer service!!👍🏼👍🏼

I bought a ATN Thor 4 384 the other day, and the scope shuts off after every single shot.. i shouldn't have to spend $3K on a scope that doesn't work. I highly doubt they'll replace it, they'll probably just try to "Fix" it and I'll be going round and round with them on this scope for a few months before I give up. Thanks Alot ATN....
Customer Service Is There When You Need Them After years hunting with a Sightmark Photon XT, I bought this scope to add a little color to my coyote hunting life. Received the scope only to find the USBC cable didn’t fit into the 4K Pro’s cable port. Serious bummer. So I called customer service and they immediately acknowledge the problem, apologized profusely, and fired off a replacement cable. I’ll say yes on the 4K pro 5-20. The only problem I have is the weak ir they give with the scope. You would think that they would include an ir that showed the full potential of the scope. Not what they do. They give you a sub par ir and hope you buy their upgrade ir. I refuse to give them more money for something a good company would have included. Don’t buy their “super nova” ir. When calling ATN about product info and what I planned on doing with it, they pointed me in the right direction. Extremely helpful even with multiple phone calls. I was skeptical about making such a big purchase. I finally broke down and got the Thor 4 2.5 - 25 in the 640 and was amazed at the view. I did have a little issue with one of the products, but with one email, I got a call within an hour or so from a technician helping me out. Customer service has so far been great. Best 4k scope on the market, with tons of extra goodies and features for a really good price. plus their customer service was great with a warranty claim.
I purchased a 4K Pro scope and had some difficulties with it freezing up. After a quick call to ATN they send me a new replacement sent to me next day just in time for a coyote tournament! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
The quality fit and finish is what caught my eye first. Then the rest came, the features and benefits ended up blowing me away. How any manufacturer can put ALL of this together in one package for the price charged is beyond comprehension. Backed up by the customer support/service offered just seals the deal for me.
