5 Stars for Scope, 6 stars for customer service. The ATN Thor is perfect for our hog eradication needs. Nothing hides from a Thor. I ripped the scope cap on a brand new unit. Totally my fault. Called customer service for a replacement and they shipped it out at no cost to me. I'm a big fan now.
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! ATN HAS A HORRIBLE customer service team. I spent 4000 on a thermal scope and can’t get 2 seconds of anyone’s time when I call. They were extremely rude to when I told them I have been waiting for my rebate for months. They won’t even look up my info to tell me what happened to the rebate and keep sending me to random voicemails. I sent them a message on here awhile back with a number that I was given and it was completely ignored 😡😡😡 will never buy from them again!
I have been a very happy user of ATN for the last few years. I started with the x-sight HD2 and quickly saw the quality and advantages of what ATN had to offer. I upgraded to the ATN THOR 4 in a 384X288 1.25-5x and used it in a ton in the harshest weather Iowa had to offer with nothing but great experiences. The scope has performed flawlessly and I just today submitted my order for my new THOR 4 640x480 4-40x! I can't wait to get it and put it to work on the predators in Southeastern Iowa. #ATN #THOR4 #HAPPYCUSTOMER

customer service is great.
I had a bad order transaction. Was dealing with Gabriel and Emily out of the Florida location of ATN. Those two were useless, No help what so ever. I then got in touch with David Asfall. He was more than helpful. He got my order taking care of and was very polite and respectful. He also made sure my order was shipping today! And as thank you for my business he added an upgraded IR illuminator and a free camo hat. Thanks David for all your help!
I had an issue with my new scope. Was having problems getting ahold of customer service. Faris Oran with ATN took over and went above and way beyond to remedy my situation and get me back going. Good product. Good support.
Bought a ATN Thor 4 in late. December, spent $3000 for the scope. The picture is pixelated and grainy. I’ve sent 7-8 emails and tried calling them a half a dozen times. My email is answered but just to let me know someone will get back to me but never heard from them. On hold for 26 minutes and then for no reason my call is disconnected. Worst customer service I have ever had especially on a high dollar item. It’s February 26th now and I have had no satisfaction so far.
