Had some issues with a Thor 4 thermal scope that I purchased directly from Atn. Fairs took my case and honestly exceeded any and all expectations that I could have had as far as making sure I was taken care of. Atn in my opinion is the Apple of the thermal market in terms of user friendly interface and ease of use from their manuals to their website to even using the products themselves. Highly recommend Atn and if you have issues make sure to contact Farris.
The workmanship, customer service and performance of X-Sight 5x 20 night vision optic is great. ATN helped me through any questions or issues I had. Works great day/night.
I purchased the ATN 4K Pro 3x14 approximately 2 years ago. It took a few weeks to get familiar with all of the scope’s functions. I upgraded the IR light and have been 100% satisfied. We have taken a lot of hogs with this scope. I lost the rubber pieces and emailed David Asfall and he got them sent out. It is hard to beat for the price.
I have the ThOR-HD 384 4.5-18x thermal and I liked it so well that I upgraded to the ThOR 4 4.5-18x. I use the new ThOR-4 and let my hunting partner use the HD 384. No complaints here what so ever! Recently I lost my eye cup and the service department responded back within hours and fixed me up! ATN gets 5 stars from this coyote hunter.

Great Scope, Ordered ATN Xsight 4k Pro. Upgraded the IR to Supernova. Had a slight issue with mount on IR , the Factory resolved my issue very fast. Great Product and Great Support.
