4k pro is great scope for the price! customer service went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Milen Yap was very helpful through the entire process of learning the scope and improving my hunting outcomes with it. highly recommend this scope for all predator hunters.
there always seem to be a charging problem with the 4k 5x20. contacting customer service is difficult as well

Customer services is non-existent. I spent several hours trying to get help, was instructed to send in my scope and now I am spending hours trying to get a response with a return authorization number. My hunt was a bust because of this!👎
