Great customer service by Oliver Vallero. I needed to find out the size of eyecup for my X-sight hd smart scope so I could replace it and Oliver Vallero had a new one sent out to me for free. that made my day. Thanks for mak6me a happier customer. I give them 5 stars for sure.
Had a question about my Thor 4 scope William from customer service was able to send me a video that answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service and there was no hold time!!
I had a issue with a X sight and had to send it in for service. And was helped by William J. Forget one of the account managers at ATN he was very informative and extremely helpful in resolving my issues. I am very happy with ATNs customer service. In these crazy times it’s nice to see someone who truly cares about their customers.
I order a scope on 3-19-2020, decided I didn't want it. Called and told then to cancel order. They agreed. Gave me a phone number and email to cancel. Next day I get a shipping notice. FedEx states someone has to be home to sign for. Not possible with my wife and I still working. Called again to refuse shipping. Well two weeks later? No scope, no refund and no signature from FedEx... Go with another company. Absolutely disgusting company for customer service

I just bought the x-select 4 k pro. 5 x20. This was my first ATN product but it won’t be my last. I had a issue with the ir light I called and spoke with representative Ken Noblitt. He was great and definitely took care of the issue. Great customer service Thank you
