RecommendedA+ on customer service. Placed an order a few days ago. A couple days after, Ken Noblitt, from Customer Service followed up to simply thank me for ordering. I was impressed. Asked him to check the status and he found an oversight and fixed it. Awesome!
Had an issue pairing the ABL with the x-site4k. Ken walked me through the process and when it didn't work he said he would send me another unit. Had the email requesting my mailing info in a couple of hours, and within 24 hours had another one ready to ship my way. Great customer service. A lot of companies could learn a lot from Ken. Watched the videos and the imaging is very crip and clear
I have the Thor lt 3x6 thermal scope. The screen would mess up every time I shot it so I contacted customer service. I talked with Ken Norbit about my problem. I sent the scope back to ATN and got it back in 2&1/2 weeks what I thought was quick considering all the shutdowns with corona virus. The scope works perfect now. I have a big hog problem where I live so I use it every night and depend on it to work. Thanks Ken for taking care of me. Paul Burnitt Converse LA

My husband order the ATN IR850 Pro Long Range 850. The light wouldn't stay on. I contacted ATN by email. They got back with me and are sending a replacement. Great Customer Service!

4k pro 5x20 is awesome. ABL1000 had problems with the way it sat when mounted the laser was so low on the screen I couldn't sight it unless I shimed the back edge bottom and front top edge with cut piece of zip tie to be able to zero it. Kind of a waste of money, disappointed in the ABL
