Scope feels solid. Have used the scope extensively over the past two months. Zero problems with the scope and that does include using it at 0°f. Holds zero and the just fun level is awesome.
Love the products and even better customer service. Have not had any bad experiences. From getting a replacement .50 BMG scope to even just general questions.
I had problem with my thor HD 2.5-25 night vision scope. I sent it back for repairs. it was returned 3 weeks later , but had the same issues. I called back to ATN and spoke with William Forget. he was very patient, worked trying to resolve the issues. He recommended that I return scope. He was very helpful, patient and thorough. I will get the issues resolved and Will went out of his way helping me in expediting the problem. He is definitely an asset to the ATN corp.
I purchased a new ATN ThOR LT 4x8 and got it home and it didn’t work. I tried for a week to get ahold of someone from ATN with no help at all. I called and left messages and emailed and still not return help. Very poor customer service and I will reconsider what brand to purchase next time. I finally took it back to the deal and they exchanged it for me. For a $1500 purchase I think this was a terrible experience!
Great products and excellent customer service
Idk make sure a $3000 thermal works before you send it out, & get the customer another asap if it doesnt, not fight him for months..
