Recently purchased a night vision scope and light. Had a minor issue with the light and a replacement was sent out immediately to resolve the issue. Normally would not give 5 stars because of manufacturing issue but the service before and after the sale earned it.
I called and spoke with Faris Oran and he was great! VERY friendly and helpful. I had planned in returning my scope for an unseen issue and he offered to send me some additional accessories to help me seal the deal and keep the scope. I cannot say enough good things about Faris and this company. EVERY time I call them for anything, they are always easy to deal with and very helpful. Thank you!!
