I ordered the Thor 4 4x40 and all of the accessories to go with it from the ATN website. Around $5500. Selected 2nd business day on shipping because I really need the scope ASAP. So after waiting 4 business days I try calling to see where my scope is. Spent 2 days in a row for over 4 hours on hold trying to get ahold of someone to at least get a tracking number. Customer service is top notch. Email is best way because they get right back to you. I have a thor 4 and an xsight 2. both great products with no issues.
I purchased the X-Sight 4K And have been nothing but satisfied with the quality and performance of that product. I was having some issues with the initial set up due to my MacBook giving the firmware update some issues, causing the reticle to lose its zero every time the unit was powered off. I called customer support and spoke with David Asfall. David answered every one of my questions and walked me through the process to resolve the issue. All my Personal Issues fixed'. "MY" at ATN and all her help resolving my issues personally. Got me into several Units and love them All! -and a have A Lot! ILL post a picture. W all my units I only ever had an issue w/ one and came to find out it was just my SD Card , Aftertrying to figure it out myself I met "My' - (Milen) . I bought a used ATN ThOR 649 5-55 scope. I had some questions about how to record videos on it, and called support. They helped me get all the right buttons pushed. It works great. I also needed a new lens cap, and their representative sent me one. They are responsive and sell good equipment.
I have been trying to contact the customer support for over a month now with no luck!!
