RecommendedIt took me a while to get response from customer service but once i did they were very helpful.
So very disappointed. I never even got to try the product. Purchased the 3x14 x sight pro. Then realized I should have went with the 5X20. So I figured out how to change the status since it did not get sent out yet. They charged for the 3x14 that was taken off then charged my account 799. So everything looked ok. A week goes by I never recived a confirmation email. Tracking number nothing. So after 5 emails. I waited on hold for half hour before giving in and to receive a call back. I been having issues with my 4K freezing. I been trying to get in contact with customer service but that is impossible. So if customer service is to busy makes you think how many other people are having problems with the unit. So now I have a 750 dollar paper weight.
I bought an ATN x sight II 3-14 scope and have enjoyed it very much. I did have an issue with the recoil activated video not starting recordings. Contacted support and My was a big help. A firmware update fixed the issue. As of now I am happy with the product and service.

Amazing customer service and great product!
I bought an LT , January 16, after a charging port issue I waited for almost two weeks to get shipping label. I was told as soon as ATN got the FedEx shipment notice a brand new one would be sent, that was a lie. I sent it off on the 5th of February, not a single email has been returned and calling is a waste of time because I get sent to the same burned out phone tech., I’ve never got to put scope on gun, but I can tell you customer service is awful.
I purchased the ATN X-Sight2 5-20x. I have been pleased with the scope and use it nearly every weekend hunting hogs. I have it mounted on an AR-15 in 6.5 Grendel and it works great. It helped me to put down 100 plus hogs last year and the count this year is at 9 so far. I recently had some issues with the scope freezing, but contacted customer service and they were very helpful.
