I had some issues with my thor 4. I called and spoke with David Asfall. He was amazing. He walked me through my issues and stayed on the phone with me while I did the trouble shooting. He was very professional, nice and super smart. I could tell he really wanted to help me and made sure I was good. He didn’t rush me off the phone. I purchased a refurbished scope from ATN directly. This is the second scope I had purchased. The first one worked flawlessly. The second one was shipped to me and was the wrong scope. After contacting ATN, they had sent me a shipping label to return the wrong scope and were in the process of sending me the correct one. Great customer service and a great product.
