RecommendedI like the optics, and my first experience with their customer service was a good one. However this time dealing with customer service is almost impossible. I canceled an order and ordered a different magnification Thor 4. Well they never canceled the first order and shipped the scope, no big deal right? Very good company to deal with
Awesome company to work with directly. Very quick to respond and very helpful. Had a slight problem with the QDM, called them and they shipped a replacement out right away. Extremely happy with the service.
Awesome day&night vision scope. Use this scope on my FX IMPACT air rifle. Good 4K video quality. The scope very easy to use and a lot of information on YouTube about this scope.
My Thor 4 factory number 178F could not start on I have charged the battery but it doesn't work. I tried to contact by email 3 times to customer service but still not respon yet.
I have purchased a number of ATN scopes and am more than satisfied with all of them and their ease of operation. I recommend them to all of my friends. They are a great scope at a good price. Their customer service is awesome. They have helped me with any problem and respond quickly. I will continue to purchase their scopes.
Products are good.... getting ahold of customer service is a different story. I wish their phone technology was as good as their scopes.
