I have been unable to reach a live person or get a call back from their phone system for two days. My emails have gone unanswered as well. The X-Sight I received is such a poor instrument that I can not pick out a target past 40 yards.

I have the atn 4K pro 3x14 and I absolutely love my unit I also have the xsight 2 5x20 and I love it as well I love or clear the 4K is and I love how long the battery lasts the xsight is a great starter scope but the 4K is out of this world and I’ll soon be upgrading to the new Thor 4 I promise you won’t be disappointed in a purchase and the customer service is out of this world best you will ever find I deal with MY and I haven’t had any problems with them!
