Got the ThOR LT 3-6x for Christmas. First hog down 3 days later. Left it powered up for 4.5 hours and only used half the battery life. Spotted many different types of animals before the pork showed up. Great product
The scopes are awesome but the tech support is above and beyond, worth every penny. Faris Oran has helped me resolve major issues with minor inconvenience. I’m going to be honest and tell you I was mad! My scope failed while I’m in my stand, middle of the night and pitch black. Oh, I was mad but the next day I called ATN and wasn’t mad anymore. I completely understand that things happen but it’s the way it’s handle that matters.
ive been calling non stop for 3 hours they’ve been doing nothing but hanging up on me or leaving me on hold for 1+hours ATN ive been calling still haven’t gotten a response or my package I’ve been calling.non stop for 3 weeks now
I have many ATN products and just like anything once in a while you will have a few bugs. The customer service at ATN is superb in my eyes sure wait times I always seem to come up with a solution to the problem. I am very happy with the product and service from ATN.
Had a X-Sight II scope that had some issues, worked with Farin through the entire process. He really helped me out, incredible customer service. I would highly recommend shopping with them again!

I purchased a X SIGHT II 3-14 a few years ago. Had the scope display mess up because of something that was my fault. Called ATN and told them what happened and that it was my fault. Within two weeks there was a brand new scope in the mail at no charge to me. Since then I have decided to upgrade my thermal and go with the Thor 4 and (MY) has been helping me with things so far and been really helpful. Can't wait till the Thor 4 comes in
Had a part malfunction and they were nice enough to send me the upgraded model for free! Really incredible customer service. would highly recommend shopping with them again!
