RecommendedI got the X-Sight 4K Pro, amazing what the capabilities are for this thing! Had a minor issue Faris with Cust. Svc took care of it right away, no hassles at all. Will take me quite a bit of playing with this before I get through all of its capabilities.
I was very impressed with my X-SIGHT 4K Pro and all the features that it offered. I was especially impressed with the Night Vision feature. I had an issue with the IR illuminator that came with my X-SIGHT 4K Pro. I called customer service and the ATN representative without hesitation offered to send me an upgraded IR illuminator at no extra charge. Now that is service! Thank you ATN, I will let all of my friends know about your company and products.

I could write a book about how AWESOME this company is and their employee Carlo De Luzuriaga. He went above and beyond what I have ever had an employee/company to do in customer service! Carlo could have just answered my question and moved on to something else; however, he went a step further and then another step further. It was so appreciated in a time when customer service and genuine care for the customer seems to be lacking.
I have recently purchased the X-Sight 4K Pro 5-20x, which is (in my honest opinion) an INCREDIBLE digital optics platform. I haven’t been able to use it at night yet because of a packing error (the included IR Illuminator batteries were overlooked and didn’t get put in the box) BUT this was quickly resolved by their top notch customer service! I know that I’ll have a lot of fun with this day/night platform in the near future.
5 star company. I purchased my 3x14 X-Sight HD a few weeks ago, got it all sighted in and something went wrong with the battery. Contacted support via email and spoke with MY. She got back to me very quick and we determined it would need to be replaced. Her service was excellent! The scope is going to be a blast with all the neat features like video recording. Highly recommend to others!
