RecommendedI was hunting coyotes in Nebraska and the small rubber plug for my 5x18 night vision scope fell out in a cornfield (the extended battery pack is the bomb) they are shipping me a replacement for $0.00 ! Thank you ATN
I have owned ATN thermal scopes for about 6 years. They have always been the best scope available. Some problems, yes. But their service department has always corrected them. The THOR with the SD card is awesome!
Customer service is the best in the market. I broke a flashlight mount and called to order a replacement. After being on hold for 10-15 minutes, I was able to speak with a live person and they offered to replace the mount and ship it to me. I agreed and asked how they wanted me to pay for it and they said it was covered under warranty.
I am beyond happy my with Thor 4 384 384x288. The distance I can spot targets blow my mind and the clarity is superb! I disagree with those posting about poor customer service. Milen took care of me and made sure all of my questions were answered in a reasonable time frame. People need to be more patient and understand that the customer service team is back logged and working long days to try and get to everyone. 5 Stars
I love there customers support every time I had a issue with my 4k 5x20 night/day vision scope they are really eager to help without a problem. I have a issue with my sd cover and charging ports cover keeps falling off they always willing to send me a replacement free of charge and I appreciate it.
After extensive research I finally convinced myself to purchase a thermal riflescope. I bought the ATN Thor4 4x40. It is amazing and Faris Oran answered any questions I had. I’d recommend ATN scopes to anyone!

They could improve by having customer support. They could answer their phones, or return messages or even return their emails. None of which they do. 2 weeks I have tried to contact them.
