I purchased a new Thor thermal scope, which was advertised as having a rebate, which I never got. ATN shirked the blame to some outfit called rapid-rebates that they had hired to take care of the rebates. Rapid-rebates won’t answer me, and ATN has been no help. I returned the scope to the dealer as I can’t rely on ATN’s service in the future.
My thor lt 4x8 didnt even last a month because the screen would freeze at the slightest bump, had it sent back and still havent heard a thing from them 30 days later, needless to say looks like I'm missing the rest of night season because littlery everything they say and advertise on their websight has been FALSE..horrible customer service
Answer the phone and stop dicking me around on my order or give my money back

ATN has great products and a great customer support!!! These scopes are awesome and really make a difference when out night hunting. Hard to imagine hunting at night before this scope !! Thanks guys and keep up the great work !!!

ATN has horrible customer service. Their people are unprofessional and rude. I bought a Thor 4 4-40 and submitted for the holiday mail in rebate. It was denied because the scope I bought from midway supposedly had already redeemed a rebate for that serial number. The box came sealed and I mailed in the upc from the box. I think they just denied it because they can. I returned that scope to midway and ordered a pulsar. When buying a high dollar electronic I don’t trust that ATN will be of any help to me should I need it down ... read more
