Its great product till you have an issues! Ive been days trying to contact someone for help and never get email call or any response back! Ive got several scopes i love them but support is crap!
I would like some of the contacts from those who have had “good customer service” maybe they can help resolve my issue or at least return a phone call. Lots of mix ups and still have not received all of the equipment that was ordered.
Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. The quality and ease of setup were great. The response from support was positive. They are a full package scope manufacturer. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a scope sometime ago and never recieved what I paid for even after multiple emails in an attempt to straighten out this issue. Highly disappointed
