RecommendedI have the ATNIGHTVISION more than 5 years ago and it has always worked excellent. Only once I needed the technical service and I was assisted by “MY” who attended me excellently and solved all my problems. I already have 3 sights and I will not hesitate to buy others. ATN is excellence.
I had problem with X-Trac remote control and called ATN Support. David picked up phone and helped in very professional way. Since remote was not serviceable, he sent me new X-Trac. Very satisfied with service and would recommended ATN products.
I bought a atn x-sight 4k and it freezes after about 5 minutes no matter what I do or trouble shooting I do the problem still occurs. I want to send in the product for repair but I am no able to get a response from this company. Honestly horrible customer service I will never buy a atn product again. When I buy a product I expect a company to stand behind it. I am still trying to contact them its been a month now. I have left emails, but I voice mails and still no one contacts me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from atn.
This is the third ATN scope in my collection. Excellent product for the value. I find the controls to be very intuitive, well-placed and easy to use. ATN customer service has been unbeatable. I recently damaged the eye relief on my X-Sight and ATN took care of replacing it for me. Their customer service representatives are fast and courteous. Will do business with them again.
I purchased the ATN 4k pro last year and it is a great optic. There is a little bit of a learning curve to it but there are hundreds of videos and forums to answer your questions. I ordered the ATN QD mount and one of the screws was stripped so I emailed ATN on Sunday evening and Monday morning received an email back from "MY". They are sending me a brand new qd mount. Now that is great customer service. Keep up the great work ATN. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been an ATN user for a few years now. Started with the X-sight II HD then added the Binox 4-16 and now have the X-sight 4K Pro 3-14. All these products have treated me very well and perform good, especially at this price point. Customer service, when needed has been good with My being the latest CS rep to assist me. I will continue to stand by these products and hope to add to my tool collection.
I have 2 atn scopes both are amazing there Customer service is top notch had an issue with ABL sent me a new one right out would recommend it to anybody
Have been very diligent in contacting me and getting my minor problems taken care of! Top of the line products! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nighttime hunting!
