The staff is courteous, friendly, and thorough with their inspection and treatment of my property. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so.
American Pest has been great so far. We're having a rodent issue and it was very easy to set up an initial visit plus the quarterly ongoing service. I submitted a request online and someone promptly called me to walk through my options. We just had our first visit and Tyrone could not have been more helpful. He was clearly very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He was also very friendly and happily tolerated my dog attempting to herd him throughout the house. I definitely recommend this company.
A great company and a seamless transition from Greenstar pest control a few years back. I see the same technician each quarter, who knows exactly when any yearly pest problems will begin and cuts them off at the past. The products are safe for humans and pets alike, which is very important to us. Highly recommend.

I’ve had zero complaints. I had a call back for bees once and the problem was resolved immediately. I told Dwayne about seeing mice in our unfinished basement and he took extra time to identify potential entry points and place traps inside and out. He educated me about pests, shrub maintenance, and trap placement. Also, Jerome was here last week after a super windy night.
