I've just started my service with American Pest and from the onset they were very friendly and knowledgeable. About 2 weeks after my initial service, I received a thank you note and a gift card. As someone that works in marketing, that added touch was much appreciated. It's not every day that one gets a thank you card from a service provider. I look forward to American Pest to clearing up my Pest issue as well as continued excellent customer service!

AP provides a great service that gives real peace of mind at a reasonable rate. All of their office staff and technicians are polite, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!
Beth is the best. She always does an awesome job and is so informative. One point, I did not receive an email notifying me I was on the schedule the last two visits. Luckily, I was home and Beth was able to work around my cats
I've been very happy with American Pest. I have a bee hive on my property and appreciate the concern American Pest shows in not using products that might harm my bees.
I have written a post before when we got our house done in June. However, we notice we were charge again for a service we did not use anymore. So my husband went up there to clear up everything. They had gotten out account mixed up with another. Can happen. They refunded us and apologize repeatedly. Well, went to my mail box today and found a gift card. As I had said before they were outstanding and the price was right. Well, I just wanted to say thank you for the gift. I would recommend them to everyone.
