Friendly, professional service. Genuine, caring company that is never satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I called American Pest for a mouse problem in my shed. They cleared up the problem as well as later problems with mice in my garage. I’ve used the company a few years now and have never been disappointed.

Previous experience with them was very good and so far, current experience in getting rid of carpenter bees is just as good. people are competent and thoughtful on phone to make an appointment and when servicing the house. delivered more than they promised.

We live in an area that is hot and humid in the Summer, and has quite a bug population. The bi-monthly treatment from American Pest keeps the inside of our home relatively bug free. Their flea, tick and mosquito control treatments are also a great benefit to this 2-dog household.
Extremely disappointed. We suspected a rat and called American Pest. The technician came out and found a hole and examined the areas of damage and located poop and told me it wasn't a rat. Spent 10 days trying to capture a raccoon while the rat continued to tunnel thru the walls. He went up in the attic and said he saw no active evidence or concerns.
