With out question, Jeff with American Pest was the best pest control experience we've ever had. Jeff came out to do a free professional pest evaluation. He carefully inspected the whole premises from top to bottom, and immediately spotted the source our pest problems. He removed an enormous nest, sprayed a problem area, and (since we prefer to do things ourselves as much as possible) trained us how to address the pests ourselves. We've used American Pest (previously Triple S) for about 14 years and have always been pleased with their services. The techs are always here when they say they will be, they explain the services they are providing while here, they're friendly and they have been quick to respond when we have had issues that required immediate attention (mice and carpenter bees on different occasions).
