Prompt and professional service for all of my calls. Technicians are personable and knowledgeable.
Technicians are on time, answers questions without hesitation and a pleasant attitude. They came out to help with an ant problem with my sunroom, treated for wolf spiders, crickets, etc. I mentioned the bees drilling in my shed and he says I can take care of that too. Both visits they were wonderful.
Their technician Will did an excellent job of explaining the process and helping me understand next steps. The first rodent was caught less than 10 minutes after he finished putting out the traps. Highly recommend!

American Pest has been wonderfully effective in treating the ants that used to invade our home constantly. They keep the creepy crawlies from my basement and the mice from my garage and other inconvenient places. My favorite of all of their services is when they come and sweep down my porch, deck and eaves for spider webs. They also de-web my bushes so I can actually enjoy my yard. Their customer service is extremely pleasant and efficient. It's bee a great experience all around!
They are prompt and always on time. They do there job very well.
The punctuality of the technitians. They also explained in detail what they were going to do and even taught me some preventive measures that I can take to minimize the problem I was having in my house. I would definitely recommend them.
