Customer service on existing accounts. Long hold times. Long waits for treatment. Ineffective service. Save your money. I am about to foot the bill for my entire condo association to switch providers so that we don't have to use American Pest anymore.
Very professional & knowledgeable! Even talking with them on the phone to schedule is always a pleasant experience. We've been using them for our home for years and are hiring them for our business as well!
Service people are pleasant and helpful. They removed vermin quickly.
I made an appointment and they asked for my credit card. I cancelled that appointment and received a cancellation confirmation email from them. They charged my credit card anyway and seem to be making excuses now. Please DO NOT give them a credit card UNTIL the service is complete or you may suffer the same issues that I am.
They could stop billing me for a service person that never showed up
So far the bugs have been mimialized
