I had to call AmericanPest because of a follow-up appointment I had to cancel because of rain. Every time we chose a day, the rain came even though the weather report stated it wasn't going to rain. I want everyone to know that the following Reps, Supervisors, etc. helped me with this situation/calls with kindness, courteousy, professionalism, care, concern, etc. The Customer Service I received was excellent... Kudos to Stephanie, Gayle, George, Carlessa, Noelle. I would recommend this company highly... this team is great!
I signed on with American Pest in October or November 2025. If it weren't for customer service, I would have canceled this service. I wasn't impressed with the initial visual assessment and treatment. The Termite bait traps installed to form an exterior perimeter was also never completed. After a couple of failed attempts, and a no show, I contacted the manager who came out and completed the installation. I also asked that the original person not come back. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure all areas were properly treated. His friendly attitude and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
