I was working out of town for a long time and next to my house there was a storm drain and I had a problem with rats because working out of town my dog had to be fed the rats started coming to my house to eat the dogs food I called American pest and with in two days I must have picked up 14 did rats
They have always treated us fairly. They come out bi-monthly to service the exterior and we’ve not had any issues.
Any time we have needed service before our scheduled time all we have to do is call and the company send the rep out with not questions or hassle.
This is the worst extermination service I have ever hired. It has been 4 days and I now have more ants than before this company came. The person who came to my house spent less than 5 minutes spraying my house, then went and sat in his car for 30 minutes and lied to the company about how long he spent spraying. Based on the results, I wouldn't be surprised if it was merely water that was in the spray tank.
Very easy company to deal with. Knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Robert takes great care of the inside & outside of my Mom's home. We can now go outside without getting eaten up by mosquitoes. Mr. Pickles love him!
