I had the same situation / experience as Brandon A ( noted below ). My daughter was at our major children's hospital in KC and was needed to be transported to another facility and we were told this was the ambulance service that would take her. Later when we would expect our insurance company to take care of everything ( that was broken down in our EOB by our Insur. Should Your EMT’s give patients diagnoses? NO, on January 11, 2021, my husband was experiencing a rapid pulse rate. We went to an urgent care facility to have my husbands vitals checked. It was determined that a trip to the emergency room was required to assess his situation. My issue is that your EMT’s felt it necessary to tell my husband he was having a massive heart attack. The billing department for this company is a joke. The company obviously has no contact with the hospitals which they work with. They recently transported my son from one hospital to another. Both of these hospitals had my contact and insurance information. Instead of making any effort to contact me, my spouse, or either hospital, they waited a month from the date of transportation and then sent us to collections. I tried to set up a payment plan but they would not take my money because it was not a big enough payment. They then threatened me with collections i I did not give them what they wanted. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me the same thing. I told them that I was not working because of COVID. They said they would put the bill on hold because of COVID. They would rather take nothing than let me pay what I could afford. The fact that they threatened me with collections while l I was trying to pay n good faith is wrong.

Unprofessional. Unqualified employees (cannot even perform an IV properly). Terrible (inexperienced) billing department. Preying on our military members and their families. Everyone reading this should, who has experienced and issue, should contact the BBB. They need oversight!!

Their billing department is an absolute joke . Every month I get a notice that I am late on a payment , to pay balance within ten days or else it goes to collections . Accordingly , every month , I have to call these clowns and tell them that no , I am NOT late ! Same thing this month , got a late notice in the mail , I have to call them in the morning .
