The FLORIDA STRATEGIC INSURANCE LLC 4801 86th Ave N Pinellas Park, FL 33782 (727) 546-6000 IS THE WORSE OFFICE TO DEAL WITH ANGELO A REP HUNG UP TWICE TALKED OVER ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON A QOUTE TO GET MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE STARTED. I THEN ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS JUST AS BAD. I HAVE TO GIVE 1 START TO EVEN TYPE BUT THEY DONT DESERVE ANY. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE DEALT WITH IN A PROCESS THATS SUPPOSED TO BE EXCITING. GLAD TO KNOW THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NEW BUSINESS !!

The worst customer service I have seen in 50 years dealing with insurance companies! They ignore the customer, delay for 4 + months then deny the claim for a burst pipe. There premiums seem low, but you get no coverage if you have a claim. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!!! They are thieves!

This company is the worst. They were informed about over 8 leaks to the roof and offered $500 to fix it. They were also informed that my girlfriend was getting ill from mold and completely ignored it. This is after Hurricane Irma and nothing has been done. Did mold testing and normal was 30 and ours was 2700 and still no mold remediation with a house full of spores. Attorney involved and still nothing over a year later. This company is a HUGE ZERO!!! This company will convince you will be covered for any accident. Then when you make a claim they will do anything in their power to deny your claim leaving you with hefty bills. I wouldn't trust them to insure my push lawn mower. Run away and go somewhere else to avoid huge headaches and being talked to like you are 6 years old.

Terriable! We had a claim due to hurricane damage. We were ignored, then threatened by them over the 10 months of trying to settle our claim.

this company is horrible 11 months after the storm and still have not received a check to rebuild home....stay away if you have them change company

This company is rated VERY POOR at paying claims. This rating comes from National Association of Insurance Commissioners. High client complaint ratio. AVOID

I have American Integrity Insurance for my insurance carrier. After Hurricane Irma, I had damage to my home. I read my policy, found my hurricane deductible, got estimates and my damage as less than my Hurricane Deductible. I was paid the amount over my deductible. I think a lot of the complaints that I see on the website are due to the customers being ill informed by their agent or they don't understanding their policies. Deductibles are the portion that is our of your pocket expense.

We are still trying to get a claim resolved from Hurricane Irma, small claim for the roof and tree removal. I have submitted all information. I can't get anyone to respond to my emails or calls. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company from day one
