Price increases for second year of 1 year old house for unknown reason.
August 2019 storms came through and caused my roof to leak. Filed a claim and had an adjuster out within a week or so, which made me feel pretty decent with the speed it was going. After that virtual radio silence, emails, phone calls, messages left without answer. The hand full of times I did actually get a response it was just empty promises of progress on the claim. MY RATING IS ZERO. Denying claims is what they do. In my case, their adjuster TW came to my home, took pictures of the storm damage, referred me to a couple of roofing companies for quotes. A couple of weeks later, I received a denial letter and a cancellation of my coverage.This is obviously a company with a culture of automatic denials as a rule. They will not only deny your claims, but also inflict financial damage on client like me that have paid them for many years and never had a claim . You woudl think that the Insura... read more

We have had many issues w/this company. We filed a claim because we had a leak in our bathroom which damaged our floors in the bathroom - the walls, etc. We had a water restoration company come out to dry out the bathroom. The claims adjuster advised me that I needed to cancel them because they were going to charge "them" a lot of money. They dried out the bathroom for a few days and when I advised them that I needed to cancel their service, they took out their equipment and left. Absolutely terrible customer service, no return calls, always tell you they're gonna email a supervisor and alert them of issues. Save yourself the aggravation and pay a little more and go with a different company. This company is horrible to deal with, that is if anybody will talk to you once you an issue. They're pathetic...
I'm not even a customer but I feel like this still fits here on Thursday, February 6 my car was crushed by a tree that fell off of one of their customers properties as I've dealt with the same type of situation before I know that I am entitled to the information such as the claim number and when an adjuster would be out to see my vehicle for the damages however American integrity tells me that they cannot give me any of that information without the customers express permission I know for a fact that I am 100% entitled to thi... read more

I am trying to settle a 2019 Hurricane Dorian damage claim with American integrity insurance company. All I get is stalling and delays They don't return phone calls or emails. I am going to have to get an attorney and go to Florida mediation. This time I got quotes three from roofing companies for my 2019 claim and sent them to American integrity. All the three other roofing companies repair quotes for my roof all came in around $6995, $6900 and the third one is $7395 So far very little or no response I had a problem with... read more
