This insurance company is a terrible company to resolve damage when customer files a claim. Our area had a terrible hail storm damaging many homes. American Integrity found almost 50 areas of damage on my small roof, caused by hail and wind damage. The insurance company feels the areas can be patched with unmatched shingles. In order to fulfill our fiduciary responsibility to all of our customers, American Integrity fully investigates every claim based on its own merits. We retained an engineer to investigate the claim you filed regarding roof and canopy damage as the result of a storm on July 3, 2015. We filed a claim the first week of July, there has been little communication since then. We made sure we sent our renewal payment on time the least you can do is make some kind of response!
