I will never purchase another item from them. Purchased a refrigerator, after two months it stop working. I have been on the phone for over an hour to see when the part should arrive. Everyone in the customer service department is rude and not helpful!!!! My refrigerator is still under warranty but Sears isn’t honoring the warranty.

The ovens were delivered end of Sept, but had been damaged during transport, which the driver appeared to know but delivered regardless & didn't inform me of or give me right to inspect or sign for delivery. Worst place imaginable to deal with. Ordered online for puck up of sectional at 503 Rodi rd, pittburgh. Lied about having it in stock for pick up, will not answer phones and despite my back and forth on the phone, won't give a straight answer about reimbursement. 1400 dollars. I purchased a gas range online from their Newington, CT store. I added deliver $120.00 plus natural gas to LP conversion/installation for another $59.99. At first everything was great, they called within a day and scheduled delivery and installation. I purchased a Monogram Side by Side on their website for a remodel on 9/1/2020. When I called two weeks later to see when the fridge would be delivering they informed me that the order had been cancelled. Unethical and Wrong. I was told by the manager of American Freight located at 669 Mall Drive that I had to come into the store to cancel an order in person during a Covid-19 Pandemic? These people are scammers. I bought a Indoor and Outdoor Antenna from Florence KY (51 Spiral Drive, Florence, KY 41042) store on 10/12/2020. Suppose to receive within 4/5 days. Did not come. I waited over three week. Never came. Then I called. They said they are out of stock. So I asked for money back. The guy said in 3/4 days I will receive the refund. Never got that either. Both my experiences with American Freight on Oleander Drive, Wilmington NC have been great. Andrew has awesome customer service. Made me feel like we had known each other a long time. Could not ask for a better store manager. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs!!

Brand new refrigerator, compressor died 37 days after we took delivery. 30 day return policy. Cannot even reach anyone at the store as they don’t answer the phone. Online CS rep could not contact store. Her only advice was for me to go to the store to talk to someone. Really?
