This business is very difficult to locate. When googling the location the app takes you to a restaurant several miles away! When store called for assistance staff give poor directions, I almost gave up and went home. Staff said the problem can’t be fixed “because it’s done on the mainland” per employee-Andrew. I hate writing reviews but the customer service I've experience so for is unethical. In July I bought a GE stack-able washer and dryer from the Winter park store in Florida. After hooking it up, I learned that it does not work.I called the store and they exchanged it with a Whirlpool washer and dryer. It turned out that the whirlpool also have a major defect. Do not ever do business with them they are a scam I financed 750 worth of furniture made payments on time to pay off after three months they add all the interest and everything back on like I never made a payment they use different business names to still try and take money out your account I blocked aff Kansas from taking money out my account next day it was a different business name this is against the law please read the review and beware of this scam
Hello I had an excellent experience in the store on Belair Rd @ Wholesale Drive in Maryland on Sunday October 4,, 2020. My delivery experience was a debacle. My appliance would not fit through the door not a problem. One of the three delivery men was extremely rude. I paid five Mexicans who were doing construction work three doors down from me to bring the refrigerator through my front window and to bring the old one out. Where do I begin. My boyfriend and I bought a couch in mid-July, Groovy Smoke at the Lake Lansing Rd American Freight store. I can not seem to reach anyone at corporate to file my complaint, so I will just do it here. While on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC we went couch shopping due to a rainy day -- our service at this location was wonderful. BUYER BEWARE Deserves 0 stars. Still waiting on delivery for a high ticket item purchase made weeks ago. Extremely inaccurate delivery quotes, I’ll-mannered staff, poor customer service. Overpromise, underdeliver. Will never shop here again or recommend.

Customers, be aware of this company and do not buy. i can not believe that American Freight (formerly sears outlet) , such a big company, could have such bad , the worst customer service. My wife purchased a fridge and a cooktop from the local store at Novi MI (that time it is still called Sears Outlet) for our kitchen in 2019. Have utilized store 184 in Houston Tx. The General Mgr Tabatha has been wonderful. The personnel , especially Tabatha, was so very helpful. American Freight has quite a selection of quality furniture. If you wish for quality at a reasonable price, I suggest you visit American Freight.
