I think they are a bunch of clowns i brought and couch and chair , a table and head board they damaged it on delivery. Ive reached out to them and they kept saying they were gonna bring another one its been a month and still nothing.. I ve called corp they said they will give a 100 dollar credit and replace furniture still nothing not a good place to do business .Too disappointed!!!! Will not ever go here again they dont deserve any stars!!!!!

I purchased from the Hawaii location and would never go back! It started about a month ago, we were shopping for a new dryer that we needed immediately. American Freight at 1140 Roswell is the best place to by furniture and appliances. I had the best experience with Cassie providing excellent customer service and professional altitude,she was great from beginning to end. I also want to thank Keith at the loading dock for securing my refrigerator for the 400 mile trip to Memphis, the refrigerator didn’t move an inch got it there and installed it and it work perfectly. Thanks for all you do,as a customer we do appreciate great customer service.

Completely unprofessional lack of knowledge and leadership over all within this company. I'm beginning to wonder if this is an actual company at all. I have tried multiple avenues of rectifying my dissatisfaction for the purchase I made and this has now been ongoing for two months. There are no proper chains of command and there are no corporate initiatives to handle unsolved complaints. I need to speak to someone that can take care of the matter of returning a bedroom set today.

I purchased a sectional online. When I went to pick it up I was rudely told they don't have it in stock and that there website Inventory is a glitch. The store manager said he complains to corporate but they won't fix it. He said sorry, you can email for a refund. So after emailing they still haven't refunded my order. Horrible business.
I purchased a recliner for my daughter as a baby shower gift. The price was $198.00. they only had one in stock and it was red so I asked the sales representative if we could get it in any color there were three choices he said yes but we would have to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive since my grandchild would not be born until November I decided to purchase it in the color gray. Worst furniture buying experience we have ever had. Long wait for the furniture (much longer than they told us), no calls to let us know when items had arrived, damaged pieces twice, then they said it would be delivered and it wasn't. I ended up picking it up myself, and having to put it together only to find out they gave us the wrong color and parts of it are damaged. The customer service sucks and we will NEVER shop here again
