On 8/20/2020 my washer stopped working and I called the store. I was referred to the warranty company. I waited and finally on 9/4/2020 a repair man came and was here 5 mins. Customers beware. I purchased what I was told was a new out of the box Kitchenaide dishwasher. Needed to go back to the store two time (missing parts & directions). Ultimately had the dishwasher installed (by a licensed plumber) and it did not work. Had the unit disconnected and brought it back to the Holyoke MA store where it was purchased. Not worth whatever discounts you think you are getting. We purchased a "new" cosmetic damaged LG refrigerator. First issue was we paid for the upgraded delivery to bring the appliance into the house but when they finally (another whole story) showed up they were only down for standard delivery due to Covid. If that is the case why are you still upcharging people for this on your website??? Managed to get this refunded. Second our "new" refrigerator is anything but. The Scranton pa American Freight is the worst place to go never again will I go there. I spent so much money there and the legs on my table broke off. The couch I bought was not new had food in it when it arrived at my house. The head manager there John is ignorant just dropped the furniture of in my living room and left they are suppose to assemble it for u. They won’t even replace the table. The list can go on but I rather not take my word don’t go there.

Warning this is long but very worth the time! This place should not be accredited! I went there to purchase a sectional couch and dining set for my apartment. First of all for a “warehouse” they barely have anything in stock or half of something in stock. Why they sell half of something without restocking it right away I don’t know. Not sure where to start..I put a recliner on layway January and it paid off in April. Manager said they do not have one for me when I return and it would take 2-3 weeks. Comes finally August 2020 still no chair. I requested my refund and and was told because 2payments were made with card that I would have to wait for a corporate check. 2-3 weeks later received half of my refund and the run around for remainder of it. I cannot give them zero. I wish I had reviewed this company prior to making my purchase. What a mistake! Customer service has no control over the stores they represent. The Brea CA story has horrible shipping management. A order placed and confirmed on August 17, 2020 and states the order is pending billing. My credit card was charged the same day as the order was placed.
