The GE refrigerator we just purchased has a bad evaporator fan. Repair is not covered under any warranty. GE indicates that the refrigerator was installed 5 years ago.... Avoid purchasing appliances from American Freight. The lower price is "to good to be true"

I ordered a double oven as a surprise birthday/Christmas present for my sister who bakes for a living, and the delivery date was changed by the delivery company, Pilot Freight, without any notification or update email being sent to me. Everything I have says September 16th as a delivery date, and on the day of delivery, I go to track it, and everything now says September 17th. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I purchased a king size mattress and box spring set ($1100.00) from the North Charleston store in South Carolina and from the first day the mattress separated making it impossible to get a good nights rest. I filed the complaint with the warranty company and guess what they cant find the complaint! with that being said for the past 15 months i have been back and forth with them still no satisfaction. If I could give them negative stars I would amazed this companies doors are still open ,ordered a product in July online got the initial email and they took the money out of my account tried calling the New Jersey location that it was supposed to ship from several times over two months couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I finally did get someone in September the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me they didn’t open until 10:30 and their was no manager at the still till they opened? I ordered a refrigerator for my work. Order put in 8/31 for pick up since we had a truck. No update until 9/8, called and they were scrambling to look for the order and laughed with each other when they "found" the fridge. We get it and guess what IT DOESN'T WORK. I made a purchase online, tried for three days to get someone to pick up a phone in the store without luck. I wanted to do curb pickup, had to go to the store where after being rudely insulted the store was unable to locate my purchase an hour later. Now it will be 3-5 more days before my money is refunded. Will not be back here again.
