Ordered a washer never got it had to file a dispute with credit card company a month later after several calls and trips to the store
This place has no integrity, I would give them one star if possible. I Bought couch, and In march of this year filed a warranty claim, they dropped the ball and did not process it so after covd his I had to refile it, it was approved, They realized two months ago they we are not getting replacement furniture in anytime soon, so they promised me a check to cover the piece over a month and a half ago. On April 24th I bought a sectional. Let me explain why I'm pissed off. 1. Staff talked me into getting insurance basically telling me how to fraud their company or the insurer or what ever. I always get insurance anyway but the staff basically told me to make sure I keep the receipt and the tag attached to the couch. I purchased a open box but advertised new fridge online 11 days ago from Tacoma store to be delivered to my home in California. Money was taken out really fast. Waited for a email letting me know when they would ship it. I even paid 150 more for the deluxe shipping. I still got no word when they would ship it. I called the actual store 2 days ago and all they said its just sitting at the store waiting for pick up. I would give 0 stars if possible. I purchased a washing machine in the Albany, NY Washington Ave Ext location and it was delivered the same day. The delivery people installed the washer and said it was okay to use. However, they did not install the drainage hose properly and it popped off during the cycle, causing severe flooding to the apartment below me. I called the store many times with no answer. The Albany location installed a washer hooked up the drain hose and the water lines.... did one load of laundry and guess what the drain line popped off. Now my downstairs neighbor is dealing with all the water damage due to the improper installation. I have called multiple times and spoke to them but they are claiming they are not responsible for it and now ignoring the whole situation i would like to know how can this be rectified

If I could I would give a 0. I ordered a bed set mattress box spring frame and bed cover back in June. Was told that the bed might have a 2-3 week hold up on it witch I was fine with because they were up front and honest with me. Well in mid July I got a call saying my mattress and box spring was in but not the frame was told it should be in next week.
