Purchased from this store with John was very helpful and nice I also spoke with Leo who helped me out with a return as well he was also nice and helpful David was an asshole and was very short with questions which was the reason why I return we need more good customer service like John and Leo thank you guys for everything very very helpful and Knowledgeable

Never, Ever Again! I am a first time American Freight (AF) buyer who just purchased a $769 refrigerator online on October 12, 2020. It was a VERY negative experience, start to finish, as follows: • Forced Purchase of Needless Accessories: The site checkout process forced me to purchase an unneeded Water Hose attachment. Do not back their product, do not back the extended warranty that is sold either. Bought couch and oversized chair, with the warranty that covers "EVERYTHING". After a year both pieces of furniture started falling apart. Made a claim with them, and was told rips due to unraveling is not covered by them or the warranty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

have to agree with a few other qp. DO NOT waste your hard earned money buying anything from American Freight. I am having a horrible experience with them right now, and I can tell you once they get your money, it's over. I purchased a lawn tractor, paid to have it delivered It never started and this was in October. They said I received what I paid for. I guess I did if I bought a lawn ornament. Like another reviewer stated. Next step BBB. Horrible customer service, and forget about trying to get a repair appointment. BAD

As a Traveling Frontline Worker, I've been a long time customer with American Freight for many years throughout several states. It wasn't until my recent experience in Miami, FL, that l had tge most horrible disappointment with this locations store (Marc) AND regional managers (Jay K.). Not only did this store mishandle my delivery date, delivery process and not have all of my promised items in stock but l had to be subjected to the unprofessionalism, rudeness and attitudes, like I'm a bother because of THEIR flub up. I would not even give this company a one star review as that is over rating. I bought a laundry center off the Parma store last Sunday. I made the mistake of finding a unit on-line and it showed that it had an imperfection on the right front side of the unit, so rather than driving over an hour from my house only to find out that they sold the unit so I decided that I would buy the unit for 900 dollars on-line. GREAT Customer Service from beginning to end. Spoke to Alex (Concord Store)on phone before going in about a stainless steel oven and he was very knowledgable about the inventory. After arriving, Alex was very thorough in assisting me with my purchase. The price was also right in my budget! The delivery also went off without any problems. I highly recommend the Concord Store.

We purchased a Samsung five burner gas stove online from American Freight back in mid December 17th. It arrived Monday before New Year’s Eve. Upon opening the box and gathering all the items that go on the stove, we realized that some of the parts were missing. Which were 3 burner caps, middle burner and the reverse griddle plate. Also we realized that the quality control isn’t the best because the grates were not wrapped given it could further scratch the stove.
