They sold me a used broken washer dryer on May 2020 for $1400, no returns acceptable. The product is still broken and not usable. I asked for a return so they fowarded me to GE which they too are not able to help. I paid for five year warranty which is also non refundable. At this point I just want my money back.

I placed a order on 3/19/21, using financing. I was told my order would be delivered 3/23/21 called to confirm Only to be told my order would be canceled because they NO longer have what I ordered. Called customer service several times only to get no customer service , no manger would come to the phone, just an on well try looking again. Furniture I purchased was poor quality with seams ripping. I now have to pay for a delivery fee of 60.00 to get my waiting furniture..I should not have to pay for their 3rd party delivery since it was not my fault couch didnt last ..they should have a funds account for customers who have and will go thru with what I'm am having to deal with.

Never will I ever do business with this store. Salesperson was rude, and didn't know anything about the products he was selling. He couldn't get me prices for certain items on display and walked around aimlessly. When I finally paid for the items I ordered, they wanted to nickel and dime me for delivery fee, and set up. Missing items do occur from the manufacturer at times. Supplies are not being replenished as quickly do to the global pandemic so the store offered to reimburse for hardware plus a credit for inconvenience rather than have the customer wait for the manufacturer.
Don't actually have the items they are selling! Don't confirm an order and tell you that you can come pick it up, then tell you your items haven't been in stock there for over a year, and they haven't had any of what you purchased for quite awhile. Don't take peoples money and inconvenience them. Not to mention get them excited about getting something only to disappoint them because you don't have what you are selling!

Guy in there is very arrogant and rushing when it was only me and 2 other customers in the store. I told him we going to wait to get our bed even thought he said they were sold out of almost every bed and have been for a very long time. He made the remark yeah I figured that and knew y'all wasn't going to get it after saying we going to wait. He was very very rude.

I purchased a dinning room set from the Decatur, GA location paid for the items and had a delivery scheduled for last Saturday. The delivery guys come and start to open the merchandise to tell me that the dinning set was missing a leg to the table and that was the last set. I placed an order for a set of washer & dryer from their website worth almost two grand. The local store contacted me next day and mention both items were out of stock, I was ok that they issued a credit memo for the refunds right away and told me it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to be complete. The problem was after more than 2 weeks of waiting for the refund it was never processed. I placed an online order 3/7/21 for Raspberry Bedroom Collection Item# Mfr# 171-DRMR. Went to American Freight later that afternoon to pick-up my items FOR THE STORE MANGER TO TELL ME MY ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE and went on to say that our inventory hasn't been counted in 2yrs and since you placed your order online i need to call customer service for a refund. I called when i left the store no answer and again on 3/8/21. I have NOT received a call back as of yet 3/9/21 . I NEED REFUND ASAP
