These people are bad news I'm about to take them to court for everybody. I said I was gonna paid on 5/6/2022 but I worked overtime that day and they said it was a broken promise which is ******** but I'm tired and I'm taking them to small claims court for everybody.
Lies to you. I got a car from them the transmission is bad and it's a 2018 Nissan Sentra they want 31 thousand for this car overpriced and the transmission is slipping and payments 534 a month run from this company
Problem #1. American Car Center leased to me a car without airbags, a non-working horn, unaligned wheels, and a set of grinding brakes that the sales rep ensured were new. The sales agent even went on to say that I needed to drive the car a bit to "break them in". We got a vehicle from them in less than 30 days motor locked up, had to wait 3-4 weeks for them to tell us that it will not be fixed but can get another vehicle. picked another vehicle and less than 4 months this motor locked up. We cannot keep getting cars where a motor locks up with no warning or anything from this company. Bought a car ,made one payment and the motor went out , now I'm stuck paying for a car that I don't have . Warranty department want do anything. But it's under a 3 year warranty. This is a horrible experience.
The most unprofessional, scamming, illegal, false promotion, and over priced company in AMERICA! I wish there were negative stars! 1. Not a car loan although promoted and sold as such. 2. NEVER answer on the phone and when they do they keep transferring you and letting it ring. 3. You will never receive your title. 4. If you move states, notify them, and request the state required documents they will NOT complete and you will face hundreds+ dollars in fees. 5. They keep adding late fees for damage waiver, even if you have insurance. No matter how many times you get that taken care of both are still on your account. This company just adds more and more fees and can't tell you where they come from. Once you have proof of something they say you didn't pay, they make something else up to try to get the extra fees. I will never recommend anyone to come here or buy another car from here. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I paid 23,000 dollars They kept going up on the price. They said I still owe 3,000 for the taxes on the car. In December of 2021 they took my car. That is not ok I paid for a car that I don't own. I would not recommend any one to buy from them. I am very up set about it. Not right something needs to be done about this company. What can I do can I get some of my money back or not.
