If I could give this company negative I would they are rude manipulative only after your dollar sold me a A dream on a 2017 Kia ***** and Ive had nothing but problems with it and nothing but hassle from the staff trying to get stuff resolved. I have been with ACC for two years , car was in excellent condition. But recently I have been having financial hardship and my checking account had fraud on it, so now I am behind in car payments. I paid my car off over 3 months ago. I was told I should have the title in 4 to 6 weeks. It's been over 13 weeks. I have not received the title. I've called American car center main office in ********** 3 or 4 times. The people in the payments center can't help me they transfer me to someone else's who never answer or calls back. I gave ****** for this vehicle and want my title to show for it!
Hi we bought a Kia ******** in 2019 we have made all our payments and can not get a payoff on the vehicle due to the fact no one returns phone calls. We have called and left messages for 8 business days do not use this company or american financial.
Hello, me and my mom brought a car from this place last year in march. The transmission was slipping a couple of month after getting the car. This car company is the worst they shut your cars off even while you are driving it when stuff is wrong with the car they say its your fault and then when you call the **** number they say they have no record of saying anything and are absolutely rude and disgusting when speaking to you. Straight scammers! I do not recommend! Use about but them! They will not honor the warranty or call back if you need them. Now if you late on a payment they will call you nonstop. Im always told that they will call me back but they never do!

So I bought a car back in April had the 1st car for 28 days and the engine blew up in it waiting about 4 day and they put me in another car ( lost my job because if this ) .
