I've had so many issues with customer service policy procedures and protocols. Had the car since 2019 just before the pandemic there was no hardship programs to assist while out of work during the pandemic nor win on unemployment.. if car payment wasn't made within a week of not getting paid the vehicle was shut off. I have yet gotten assistance on how to make payments online or even to log on. I bought a 2014 ***** Cruze in April 2022 and in September 2022 I had to replace a bad battery and then on October 2022 I paid $600 to replace a coolant tank and a new thermostat I had been calling them for months and not getting any answer from no one my car has overheated over 7 times and has been towed 3 times and I took it to pep boys and the engine has gone out and the cost is ***** for another USED engine and now there saying its not under warranty when Ive been calling months before then they wont fix anything with th... read more
This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with, the manager ******* is very unprofessional and unwilling to be responsible for the fact that the sale starts with him. My **** Escape 2014 purchase Oct. 2 2022 is a lemon. Transmission been replaced and now my coolant outlet ****** has to be replaced and no one has contacted me about this problem. I have made the final payment on my car a month ago and spoke with an employee which I wont reveal her name and she sent me her email to send her the information she needs but each time her email isnt working because it says my message has been blocked and I still been making my late payments but she wants my car repo because her email is blocking my messages and she was very rude when I spoke to her.
I was sold a lemon car. The first day I bought the car the window wouldn't come down as soon as I left the lot. I tried getting assistance, this was my first car with warranty. When I needed help getting an oil change or fixing the car that was with in the warranty frame I was given the run around so that they wouldn't have to honor the warranty by the time it was to fix the car they told me I had already by milage exceeded the **** miles the warranty wasn't good. I purchased a vehicle on 11/2/22 with full coverage insurance. They have added 2 damage waiver fees to my account which the fees are meant for not having insurance on the vehicle. I have called and called and emailed and no one seems to be able to fix this issue. Im not paying damage waiver fees and insurance. This is the worst company I have ever financed with and do not recommend them.
If I could give them negative stars, I would. In the beginning, they tell you that you would be paying 4 years instead of 3 because it was set up like a leasing of the car. I loved the car, so I was cool with it. But what they fail to tell you is that after you paid for that extra year, they try to get another year out of you by telling you that you have to pay for your title. $4000.00!!!!And they tell you to send people to them, and I think that it was a $100 that you were supposed to get. Not only did I purchase a suv with American car center!!! The salesman drugs fell out his pocket!! I knew it was a flag after I purchased the vehicle no emission was ever done and it has car issues that the warranty department wont fix!!
