They were customer friendly. However the man that sold me the car from American Car Center was fired. To me American Car Center seems to discriminate and sell people bad cars that are female
A f***ing piece of shit!!!! I got hit with a out of state accident, when it wasn't my car and the location was way up in ************ plus not my car. The car fax has so much activity since I bought the car! option to pay online was taking away after all I needed to do was update my old account to my new. When calling you literally have to call 7 or more times. Got a email saying they was going to repo the car but never picked it up. Bought a car from American Car center. Was told would get license plates. Have never arrived. Called company they state they never got them. Now I need to take half day off work and get another inspection due to their lack of planning. Now when I call to make payments their automated system will not recognize my account, so they want to charge me to make my payment online with their system. Charging late fees for not being late. Some of the people are unprofessional and rude. It is very difficult to get someone to help you unless you are buying a car or paying a car payment!
