Gave me wrong vin number from day 1 n repossessed my car for no reason
Most horrible experience I've went through! I went to the Louisville location and I have had to deal with terrible customer service especially dealing with ******************! I paid 25.00 to have my payments date change and they took my money but didn't change the date! So I'm always late every week all the late fees it's crazy it can be avoided. This place is a rip off. Complete regret.
Never ever go and get a car from these people I only had my car for 1 month and it's been in the shop 3 time already . HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! I have NEVER in my life dealt with a company as TERRIBLE as this one!! They're stressful, they'll tell you something different every time a new person gets on the line. They're disrespectful!!! I got a car for them in August. I took it back at least 2 in the first 2 week. For what ever was wrong with it. Took it on a trip not a even a week later it completely stop working. Mind u now I have had this car maybe 5 months. Called there customer service and they had me get it towed to one of there shop. He said it was so many leaks in it. I paid 250.00 to have the one of the leak. They got it back running for about a week. They had me to tow this car so many places. All on my dollars. Now I have been paying for this car... read more

This company takes advantage of good people. I wouldn't tell anyone to get a car from these people. The car they sold me started having issues 8 days after I got it. I had not even made the first payment or gotten the tag. And it has been down hill ever since. And customer service is just as bad. Nooo don't do it.. Don't buy a car from these people..
Horrible Experience!! Purchased a vehicle in mid July 2021 and had to get it towed in Early September 2021. Between September 2021 to February 2022 has to get it towed 4 more times and in the shop for THE SAME EXACT issue!. Did a side loan for repairs the 3rd time and now on the 5th time in told the motor is gone and needs to be replaced. Each time I took it to THEIR SAME VENDOR! I bought a car on December 31 to find out when it was time to get my tag I couldn't I finally got a extension after much back and forth and frustration and when the extension was expired I find out I was leasing the car I never agreed to that and still don't have a tag they are a scam I'm trying to decide how to handle my situation but stay away from this company at all cost
