The experience I was provided from this company was terrible and I advised them that I had Covid and that I needed documents for Divorce court showing that I made the payments from the company American Car Center. I was given diversion after diversion and when a document was sent to my email it was the wrong document. I purchased a car from this company and was told there was warranty for the car power train and drive train and two months later my transmission and the Motor mounts went out on this car and this company had me look all sorts of crazy first they lied on the mileage and switch it at the time of purchase so when the repairs were needed they claimed I was over in my Miles 3000 to be exact which is ludicrous so they wouldn't repair it so I asked to be placed in a vehicle of same value and this company still decline. These people are a joke! They harass you to make a car payment and threaten default then refuse money of any kind. I'm trying to pay online cause I have a full-time job,and the website is down and u try to call nobody wanna answer and they lied saying they don't take partial payments and yet I made a partial payment after being lied to about them not taking partial payments. I will take these losers to court.
I made the mistake of buying from these people. The staff in Clarksville TN are very friendly and helpful but when dealing with the main company in Memphis, it's a horrible experience. 1. Leasing a car is a bad idea 2. They have no heart. It's all about making money. Which means taking advantage of people. 3. They only report to one credit agency which doesn't help build your credit rating. 4. The worst possible decision I could've made was purchase a vehicle from this company.. The reps are rude I've been trying to speak to a supervisor for a couple of months now and no one will allow me to speak to a supervisor. I sent emails to the rep and she said maid the supervisor is busy and she can't make the supervisor talk to me. It's a scam I don't like their customer service they told me I had a certain time and my car won't give repo but then I go out and my car to move stuff the repo company hook to my vehicle I told them that Asia said I had until Monday to get ahold of her if I didn't then she send them they said she said to go head and take it on Sunday like I said a scam and lied to me. I have had my car 4 months now and have had the worst experience ever with this company , my windshield has been cracked since I drove off the lot I was told that the warranty will handle it I haven't spoken to warranty ever ,Ive gotten told that I would to have to pay for something that I didn't cause and was there before I purchased the car
I would give this place no stars but I don't have an option. They price gouge the prices of these cars. My car is only worth $7,500 at the time I bought it got it or leased it or whatever you wanna call it. They don't put prices on any of their cars you walk in and you fill out a little credit application then they look over everything and then they tell you what you can get into and how much of a down payment and then when they tell you that they go and show you the car that you're eligible for you don't take it for a test ... read more
They are selling overpriced cars I brought one car from them and it needed work done to it which was 5000 Iwas charged 33.000 for the car they had me take it to ****** which they did a diagnosis on it so it was the tech the catalic converter and brakes they said instead of fixing it they would send it to auction.
