By law I have 15 days after repo to get my car back. Well it was sold the same day of repo. And now we owe the difference. I am getting a lawyer.
I regret ever going here to purchase a car. I got behind due to Covid and I sent them my medical papers. My car got repossessed Tuesday morning and I called on Wednesday ready to make a payment. Horrible customer service! DO NOT PAY WITH A MONEY ORDER OR THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE A 15.00 late fee to your account! They promised me a due date change and is going back on their word! Not mentioning I was called out of my name by Sharon and she refused to help me any further.
The most unprofessional, disgusting humans I've ever met. You scam young children into "leasing" a car yet they're paying over $20,000 more than what this car is worth. Tried to help someone by co-signing and now I'm the full owner of the vehicle. They PREY on young adults with not a lot of knowledge. Lied a million times. Too busy trying to flirt with customers instead of doing their job! I would never recommend this disgusting company to anyone.

I have had nothing but problems with this company from day 1. The car that Is currently in my procession is not the car I agreed to purchase. I said purchase not lease and that is another thing I was not told. The first car I only had 2 weeks and only drove twice because it was defective. I purchased a vehicle Sept 24 and the check engine light is on the location I bought it from closed the door "for remodeling" but the manager I purchased my car from claims she came in to locked doors and no explanation I have went to the other location for them to put me on a phone to Memphis which I have done 100s of times and get a voicemail which I have yet to get a call back. I'm very disappointed with my experience with American Car Center.
This place is horrible biggest mistake I made getting a car from them in Jacksonville, Fl. They mae it seem like a good deal and then you are stuck. You pay more then the car is worth and then at the end still have to pay 3-4k to purchase the vehicle truly a rip off. It does not show up on credit reports so it does absolutely nothing for you to pay on time. Then when you are late they shut of your car no matter what.
